An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until April 6, 2023
Yoga should be accessible to anybody who is interested in it. With that in mind, this class is designed to develop strength and flexibility in a way that recognizes the abilities and limitations of each individual. It will take participants through a sequence of gentle, slow postures leading to a lovely, relaxing savasana at the end.
