If you are 50 or over then this program is for you. Open to men and women of any physical condition. Our fully qualified fitness instructor will tailor the program to ensure fun for all. Each lesson focuses on flexibility, fitness and strength. There may be a waiting list for some classes.
Cost: $130.00 for 10 weeks
