Your tutor is Damian Matthews. He has a background of working in Social work, Remedial and Shiatsu Massage.
he has been practising and investigating TaiChi and Meditation the past 12 years.
Over the 6 weeks you will be exploring the fundamentals of TaiChi.
Both beginners and people with prior experience.
TaiChi practice helps to cultivate mindfulness of the body and mind, which deepens
calm, internal wellbeing and harmony.
Through understanding and embodying correct structure, stillness and letting go,
one can move through life with less stress, more freedom and connection.
the class starts with body opening exercises and standing meditation postures. Followed by loosening exercises, qigong and
the beginning of the Yang 37 form.
